Welcome to Flying Passage

For those seeking the beauty and solitude of a spacious ocean-front property only about a half-mile from shore, Flying Passage in Bremen, Maine offers an exceptional opportunity. Located eight miles from Damariscotta in the mid-coast region, the project offers a complete package of island lots and private docks, mainland docks and parking, and home construction services.

Three hours from Boston, and just over one hour to the Portland International Airport, Flying Passage is easy to reach for summer weekends or retirement living for half the year.

Flying Passage is being developed in two stages. Phase I (current) includes 8 lots within a 50-acre tract on the north end of the island, each with extensive ocean frontage plus a companion mainland facility providing deeded rights to docks, parking, and other convenient services.

Phase II, planned for 2008, involves a second tract of 212 acres in the center of the island. With almost a mile of ocean frontage, this magnificent tract will be the home of a 162-acre Preserve with more than 2,000 feet of ocean frontage plus seven additional ocean-front lots.
